Drew believes that he is doing what he was called to do in life and what is RIGHT.

For over 25 years, Owner Drew Waskey has been involved in the swimming pool industry. Drew started when he was in college at the University of Maryland with a company that eventually became the largest pool service provider in North America.  However, somewhere, that desire to be the biggest provider in town was not what was important any longer.  He thought, what if we gave people what they are actually paying for?  What if I can be out in the field making sure my clients are receiving the service they need, instead of looking through accounting reports?  That desire was the birth of Southeast Aquatics Group.  A company that would have as it’s first command to provide what the customer needs;  quality service with as little input from the customer as possible.  An Owner that would see the pools that his company oversees and not leave it to employees that are hired for the summer.  This desire to be out in the ‘field’ and to provide what is promised has driven Southeast Aquatics Group since it’s inception.  Every employee that works at SAG will have to complete our training program which is the most rigorous in the swimming pool industry.  Additionally, every employee will be a partner with Drew on the pools that they service at SAG.  Simply said, each employee will have a stake in their pools.  With the implementation of technology, tracking reports available to all supervisors and customers and just plain effort, we will provide exceptional services.  We will not allow mediocrity or complacency to be involved in our business.  Drew believes that a reputation as an honest and reliable business is the requirement for success. While others seek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, Drew believes that a good reputation and consistent service will reap bigger benefits in the long run. By being trustworthy, Drew believes that he is doing what he was called to do in life and what is RIGHT.

Michael Cesmat, CPO

Mike is a native of Taylors, SC and moved to the Raleigh area in 2012.  Mike joined the team in March 2018 as our Service Manager. Mike oversees our maintenance division and the techs who service our pools daily.  Mike previously worked in service management positions within the auto industry.  With his previous experience in management and keen attention to detail, Mike helps provide the service our customers have come to expect through effective leadership.

Leslie Cesmat, Payroll Manager

Leslie is a native of Greenville, SC and moved to the Raleigh area in 2012. Leslie Joined our team in June 2018 as our Office Manager.  Leslie previously worked for one of the largest fire system contractors in the southeast.  As Office Manager, Leslie handles invoicing, payables, communication with our team and assists Drew with office administration. With her upbeat personality and type-A organizational skills, Leslie makes a great addition to our SAG Team.

Kelli Gillespie, Office Manager

Kelli is a native of Mattoon, Illinois and moved to the Raleigh area in 2009.  Kelli joined Southeast Aquatics Group in June 2019 bringing her organizational skills, communication, passion for working with customers and love of creating a seamless process.  As Office Manager Kelli oversees the administration of HR duties in addition to managing accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. Her ability to multi-task, can do attitude and fun-loving spirit makes for a strong partnership with the SAG Team.
